Do you smile? A lot? No, really! You have to be able to smile, and mean it when you do. Our Salon Coordinators are highly energetic and personable. Salon Coordinators are often the first point of contact with our guests, and we can't afford to not make a great impression!
If you like people, like variety in what you do, this could be the right position for you. Besides smiling all day, some of your responsibilities would include:
- Assisting guests with products
- Mini makeup touchups
- Scalp, neck, shoulder and hand massage
- Creating product displays
- Assisting guests to make appointments
- Assisting guests during check-in and check-out times
- Ensuring that we exceed guest expectations
- Helping out your teammates
- Opening and closing responsibilities
- Email, text, web, blog, phone and social network communications
