Unlike many other salons whose service providers compete amongst themselves for your business because they rent a station or are paid commission, at Fusion 3 our Professional Service Providers are paid an hourly wage and are committed to you, as a team. We provide licensed Professionals in 3 distinct levels:
New TalentThese Pros are the newest to our team. Some have recently earned their cosmetology licenses, others have come from other salons. All are currently enrolled in Fusion 3’s extensive training program which takes 6 months to 2 years to complete. You can trust that you’ll be satisfied with your services. Services take a little more time to complete, but they’re offered at a rate that’s hard to beat.AccomplishedThese Pros have completed Fusion 3’s extensive training program, and have earned the trust of many of our guests. Most importantly, they have high Guest Satisfaction marks, and contribute to an ever-growing team. The Accomplished Service Providers are not quite experts yet, but they are well on their way. For your convenience, their timings are shorter than the New Talent, offered at our mid-level price.AdvancedThese Pros are just that: they are Pros. The Advanced Level Service Providers have excellent Guest Satisfaction marks, have consistently delivered the Fusion 3 experience, are True Team Players, and are Masters of their craft. Many of the Advanced Team Members are part of our training staff and assist other team members as mentors. For your convenience, the service times are the shortest at this level, at a price that’s competitive within our market.
